Letitia Amponsah-Mensah
Executive DirectorLetitia Amponsah-Mensah is a highly experienced executive and administrator, serving as a Director at Pamicor Ltd and as the Secretary to the Nsoromma Resources Board of Directors. She brings over 20 years of specialized experience in the mining sector, focusing on strategic labour relations, complex negotiation, and supply chain management.
Her foundation was built at AGA Obuasi mines, where she gained robust experience in procurement and supply chain administration. Crucially, Letitia was a key representative of the Ghana Mine Workers Union (GMWU-AGA), serving as the Women’s Representative and a member of the Standing Negotiating Committee for the Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA).
At Pamicor, she strategically manages all labour-related issues and oversees non-direct mining business operations, applying her extensive knowledge of industry agreements and workforce management. Letitia is qualified with Diplomas in Labour Studies from the University of Cape Coast, and Secretaryship qualifications from the Kumasi Technical University and the Academy of Learning, Cape Town.
