Pamicor LTD and Sandvik Mining and Construction Ghana LTD started a Technician Training Program at CGML to fill the need for trained Technicians on Mining sites. The program was 15 months long and the trainees were rigorously trained in the use, repair and maintenance of their machines. A graduation ceremony was held to acknowledge their efforts and to officially introduce them to the work force of the 2 companies. We believe that with their newly acquired skills, they will enter the workforce and change the Ghanaian mining scape, as well as the international mining scape for the better.
